Tri-Mechanical, Incorporated was established in 1991 by three HVAC friends, hence the name, and incorporated in 1996. Current ownership has rested solely on the shoulders of Robert J. Davy, II since 2004. He kept the traditional, original name of the company and has built a fine reputation for excellent customer service, attention to detail and focusing on energy conservation as part of the overall service to his clients.

Tri-Mechanical, Inc is a full service commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance and service provider, serving the greater Seattle area. We are proud to be one of Puget Sound Energies "Premier Services Providers" working with the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council in our efforts to go green whenever possible. Efficiency is one of the number one ways to reduce the footprint we create and it is one of our goals that each client we serve has a system that runs as efficiently and cleanly as possible.
